LCCs (Low Cost Carriers) have become well established in Japan. European LCCs don't have flights from Japan, but they are convenient for traveling around Europe cheaply or from the US. There are many routes and flights with short flight times, so if you want to visit European cities in a limited number of days, a fast aircraft is the most efficient option. There are also LCCs that belong to the three major airline networks: Lufthansa, IAG, and Air France-KLM.
