New Hotel in Fukushima City

Fukushima is the capital city of Fukushima Prefecture. It's a major transportation hub, accessible from Tokyo in about 1 hour and 30 minutes by the Tohoku Shinkansen bullet train. New Hotel in Soma City

Soma is a city located in the northern Hamadori region of Fukushima Prefecture, along the Pacific coast. It is known for its spectacular festival, the Soma Nomaoi (held in July, a nationally designated Important Intangible Folk Cultural Property), where armored warriors ride horses. As recovery from the Great East Japan Earthquake and the subsequent nuclear disaster continues, tourism support visits are increasing.

A new hotel in Futaba Town

This town is located on the Hamadori Pacific coast of Fukushima Prefecture. The entire town was evacuated following the Great East Japan Earthquake and the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear disaster, but in 2022, evacuation orders were lifted in some areas, and residents are gradually returning, with reconstruction progressing. The town is home to the Great East Japan Earthquake and Nuclear Disaster Memorial Museum, a facility where visitors from all over Japan can learn about the disaster's records and lessons, and it welcomes visitors on inspection and study tours. Futaba Station on the JR Joban Line has also reopened, making it accessible from Iwaki and Sendai. This area offers a firsthand glimpse into the town's recovery.

New Hotel in Nihonmatsu City

Nihonmatsu City is famous for its chrysanthemum dolls. Nihonmatsu Castle (Kasumiga Castle) is known as a historical site where young soldiers departed for battle during the Boshin War, and its autumn chrysanthemum doll festival is the largest chrysanthemum festival in Tohoku. It is also a base for climbing Mount Adatara (the plateau where the source of the Dakkodango Onsen hot spring is located).
