Tottori is the capital of Tottori Prefecture. The Tottori Sand Dunes (one of Japan's largest sand dunes), located about 10 minutes from the city center, attract tourists from both Japan and abroad, and the Sand Museum is also nearby. Misasa Onsen is a representative hot spring resort in Tottori Prefecture, with inns lining the Mitoku River. New Hotel in Daisen

This area boasts Mount Daisen (1,729m above sea level, also known as "Hoki Fuji"), the highest peak in the Chugoku region. New hotel in Kurayoshi

Kurayoshi is the central city of Tottori Prefecture. The Utsubuki Tamagawa district, with its rows of white-walled storehouses, is a nationally designated Important Preservation District for Groups of Traditional Buildings, and its scenery of red tiles and white walls is a popular tourist spot. Yonago is a major transportation hub in western Tottori Prefecture, boasting the largest commercial concentration in the San'in region. New hotel in Kaike Onsen

This is a representative hot spring resort in western Tottori Prefecture, with large inns and hotels lining the sandy beach facing the Sea of Japan. It is known for its chloride springs and fresh seafood from the Sea of Japan (such as snow crab and grilled flying fish), and is also known as the birthplace of triathlon. It is easily accessible by bus, about 15 minutes from JR Yonago Station, and is also used as a base for staying at the Daisen Ski Resort.
